Introduced as Council Bill 117

Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Filbert Street from east line of Hyde Street to west line of Renton Avenue providing for grading of the same by constructing concrete sidewalks on both sides thereof, with parking strips between sidewalks and roadway, and providing for the payment therefor by mode of "Immediate Payment," and establishing a fund for such payment of an assessment upon all lots and parcels of land benefited by such improvement under the provisions of Ordinance No. 2085, approved April 29, 1892, as amended by Ordinance No. 3350, approved May 8, 1894, and Ordinance No. 4492, approved May 5, 1897, and the city charter now in force.
