Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the alley in block 18, A. A. Denny's Addition, being the alley between 5th Avenue and 6th Avenue, from Pike Street to Pine Street, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing necessary retaining walls, filling and planking, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4647, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
