Title

An ordinance providing for the improvement of 37th Place, from Mount Rainier Drive to Hanford Street; 37th Avenue South, from Mount Rainier Drive to Court Street; Hinds Street, Horton Street and Spokane Street, each from 37th Avenue South to Hunter Boulevard; Hanford Street, from 37th Place to Hunter Boulevard; in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4733 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing the payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds".
