Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the property within the following described area, to-wit: That real property suitable in the City of Seattle, County of King, and State of Washington, bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the intersection of the City Limits in Twelfth Avenue South and the center line of Dallas Avenue, thence northwesterly along said center line to the center line of Tenth Avenue South, thence north along said center line of Tenth Avenue South to the southwesterly margin of Duwamish Waterway, thence southeasterly along said southwesterly margin to the east line of River Park Addition, which is the City Limits; thence south and east along said city limits to point of beginning; also, Beginning at the intersection of the northeasterly margin of the Duwamish Waterway and the southeasterly bank of the Duwamish River, thence northeasterly along said southeasterly bank to the northeasterly margin of East Marginal Way as established by Ordinance No. 32881; thence southeasterly along said northeasterly margin to the City Limits, which is the south line of Section 28, Township 24 North, Range 4 East, W. M.; thence west along said City Limits to the northeasterly margin of Duwamish Waterway; thence northwesterly along said northeasterly margin to point of beginning; by filling the same as a sanitary measure, together with bulkheading thereof, or the filling of the streets abutting on said private property with earth to serve as bulkheading for the fill upon such private property, all in accordance with Resolutions Nos. 4701 and 4708 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing for the payment of such improvement by the mode of special assessments upon property in said district, payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds".
