Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of West Sixty-third Street, from Twenty-eighth Avenue Northwest to Thirtieth Avenue Northwest, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete sidewalks thereon, together with the necessary crosswalks; providing for the surface drainage; doing such grading and regrading as may be necessary, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4628 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
