Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Alley, Block 59, A. A. Denny's Addition, being the Alley between Sixth Avenue and Seventh Avenue from Pike Street to Pine Street, all in The City of Seattle, by planking all in accordance with Resolution No. 4620 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
