Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the easterly side of Third Avenue Northwest, from West Sixtieth Street to West Sixty-second Street, all in The City of Seattle, by constructing concrete sidewalks thereon, together with all across-walks, providing for the necessary surface drainage all in accordance with Resolution No. 4622 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
