Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Thirty-eighth Avenue South, from Genesee Street to a point about 160 feet south of the south margin of Conover Way, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing a wooden box sewer for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4630, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
