Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Pike Street, from First Avenue to Seventh Avenue, all in The City of Seattle, by resurfacing the same with brick or with an asphalt top to be placed upon the existing brick payment, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4579 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Immediate Payment".
