Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Thirty-second Avenue Northeast, Thirty-third Avenue Northeast and Thirty-fourth Avenue Northeast, each from East Sixtieth Street to East Sixty-fifth Street; and East Sixtieth Street, from the westerly margin of Thirty-second Avenue Northeast to the easterly margin of Thirty-fourth Avenue Northeast on the east, all in The City of Seattle, by grading the same; by constructing wooden curbs and gutters; by providing for the surface drainage and by constructing concrete sidewalks and wood crosswalks all in accordance with Resolution No. 4640 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
