Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Thirty-first Avenue South, from the south margin of Jackson Street to the north margin of Norman Street on the west; Thirty-second Avenue South, from King Street to Lane Street, and Lane Street and King Street, each from Thirty-first Avenue South to Thirty-second Avenue South, all in the City of Seattle, by paving with asphalt and other suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation, together with brick or asphalt gutters, and such other work as may be necessary; the following portion of Thirty-first Avenue South be improved; the entire lower roadway from Jackson Street to the south line of Lane Street and the west one-half of the roadway from the south line of Lane Street to the north line of Norman Street on the west; all in accordance with Resolution No. 4570 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds".
