Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Thirty-first Avenue South from the south margin of Jackson Street to the north margin of Norman Street on the west; Thirty-second Avenue South, from King Street to Lane Street; Lane Street, from Thirty-first Avenue South to Thirty-second Avenue South; and King Street, from Thirty-first Avenue South to Thirty-second Avenue South, all in The City of Seattle, by constructing and reconstructing all sewers, side sewers and watermains, and their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district; also the construction of all necessary concrete sidewalks and concrete curbs with armored concrete corners, and such other work as may be necessary; all in accordance with Resolution No. 4566 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
