Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Fifth Avenue West, from West Mercer Street to West Roy Street all in The City of Seattle, by constructing concrete sidewalks thereon, by making such provisions for the surface drainage as may be necessary, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4567 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
