Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 6th Avenue Northwest, from West 55th Street to West 65th Street; West 55th Street, from 6th Avenue Northwest on the north to 6th Avenue Northwest on the south; and West 56th Street and West 58th Street, each from 5th Avenue Northwest to 6th Avenue Northwest; all in the City of Seattle, by construction of concrete sidewalks with the necessary wooden cross walks and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4533, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
