Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Hudson Street, from Rainier Avenue to 37th Avenue South; 37th Avenue South from Ferdinand Street to a point five hundred sixty (560) feet south of Hudson Street; all in the City of Seattle, by planking the same, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4540, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
