Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the alley in block 8, Maynard's Plat, being the alley between 1st Avenue South and Occidental Avenue, and extending from Yesler Way to Washington Street, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4554, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
