Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the alley between 7th Avenue and 8th Avenue, running from Pine Street to Olive Street, by paving the same with brick, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 56764, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
