Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Madison Street, Marion Street, and Columbia Street, each from Railroad Avenue First Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by the installation of a system of cluster lights along the curb line on each side of said streets, together with the installation of such poles, conduits, wires and other appurtenances as may be necessary for the proper installation and equipment of said system, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4436, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
