Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 24th Avenue Southwest, from West Andover Street to West Genesee Street, and West Dakota Street; from 24th Avenue Southwest to 26th Avenue Southwest; all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4468, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
