Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Ewing Street, Woodland Park Avenue to Wallingford Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by paving with brick or other suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation; by constructing armored concrete curbs, together with such sewers and watermains with their appurtenances as may be necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4473, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
