Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Day Street and Irving Street, each from 32nd Avenue South to 34th Avenue South; Judkins Street, from 31st Avenue South to 34th Avenue South; 33rd Avenue South, from Day Street to Norman Street; all in the City of Seattle, by the construction of concrete walks, concrete stairways, wood cross walks, providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4487, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
