Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the east side of 29th Avenue and 29th Avenue North, from East Union Street to East John Street; the east side of 30th Avenue from East Union Street to East Denny Way; the east side of 31st Avenue from East Pike Street to East Denny Way; the north side of East Pike Street, from 28th Avenue to 32nd Avenue; the north side of East Olive Street, from 28th Avenue to 32nd Avenue; all in the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete sidewalks thereon, together with wooden cross walks, providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4500, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
