Introduced as Council Bill 22532

Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Bellevue Place, from Roy Street to Bellevue Avenue North; and Valley Street, from Lakeview Avenue to Bellevue Place; all in the City of Seattle, by grading the same, by paving the same with suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation; by constructing armored concrete curbs, by constructing concrete sidewalks, and concrete stairways where necessary, by constructing wood or concrete retaining walls where necessary, by providing for the necessary sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district; all in accordance with Resolution No. 4392, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
