Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the north half of Wet Alaska Street from 36th Avenue Southwest to California Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by paving with brick or other suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation, with armored concrete curbs, by constructing sewers and water mains, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4444, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
