Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Dearborn Street, from the existing pavement at 5th Avenue South and Seattle Boulevard, to a connection with the existing pavement at the east margin of 7th Avenue South; and Seattle Boulevard, from Dearborn Street to 6th Avenue South from the south; all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with brick or other suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation; by constructing brick gutters, granite curbs and side sewer connections where necessary, together with such sewers and water mains with their appurtenances as may be necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of such district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4467, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
