Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 44th Avenue South and 45th Avenue South, each from Hudson Street to Ferdinand Street by constructing concrete sidewalks thereon, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 56840, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
