Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Densmore Avenue, from North 44th Street to North 45th Street, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation; by constructing armored concrete curbs; by the alteration, construction or reconstruction of all sewers, side sewers and watermains, together with all appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district; by construction concrete side walks, by such grading as may be necessary; all in accordance with Resolution No. 4458, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
