Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Lakeside Avenue, from East Columbia Street to Leschi Park; Wellington Avenue from East James Street to Randolph Avenue; Erie Avenue, from East Jefferson Street to Leschi Park; 39th Avenue, from Wellington Avenue to East Columbia Street; Randolph Avenue, from East Alder Street to East Jefferson Street; 36th Avenue, 35th Avenue and View Avenue, each from East Alder Street to the north line of the Dell Point Addition; Euclid Avenue, from East Spruce Street to Yesler Way; Lake Dell Avenue, from East Alder Street to the east line of H. E. Holmes Addition; 32nd Avenue South, from Washington Street to Yesler Way; Washington Street, from the wets line of H. L. Yesler's 3rd Addition to 31st Avenue South; easement across Tract 51, H. L. Yesler's 3rd Addition, from Yesler Way to Washington Street; Yesler Way, from Blaine Boulevard to Euclid Avenue; Superior Street from Lakeside Avenue to Euclid Avenue; East Alder Street, from Randolph Avenue to Lake Dell Avenue; East Terrace Street, from Lakeside Avenue to Erie Avenue; East Jefferson Street, from Lakeside Avenue to Randolph Avenue; Blaine Boulevard from Lakeside Avenue to Yesler Way, all in the City of Seattle, by the construction of sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all necessary wyes, openings, manholes, flush tanks, catch basins, and their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, including as a part of this improvement the reconstruction of the existing box sewers in Lakeside Avenue, within the limits of this improvement, and the reconstruction of the existing outfall sewers in East Cherry Street and East Alder Street; all in accordance with Resolution No. 4022, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
