Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of West Mercer Street, from Queen Anne to Beach Drive, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation; by constructing armored concrete curbs; by the construction, alteration or reconstruction of all sewers, watermains and side sewers necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district; by the construction of concrete sidewalks where necessary; by such grading and regrading as may be necessary, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4449 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
