Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of The East side of East Waterway, from Spokane Street to Dakota Street, and Dakota Street, from East Waterway to a point 100 feet east of the East margin of Wyoming Street, by the construction of a bulkhead of brush and piles or other suitable material, all in accordance with Majority Petition, being File Nos. 56418 & 54367, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
