Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Rainier Avenue, from North Margin of Hanford Street to South Margin of Edmunds Street; Oregon Street, from Rainier Avenue to Forty-second Avenue South; Conover Way, from Thirty-eight Avenue South to Forty-second Avenue South; Thirty-ninth Avenue South, Fortieth Avenue South and Forty-first Avenue South, each from Genesee Street to Conover Way; Thirty-eighth Avenue South, from Conover Way to Alaska Street; and Alaska Street, from Rainier Avenue to Thirty-eighth Avenue South, all in The City of Seattle, by grading, curbing the same and the construction of temporary wood walks, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4401 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
