Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of West Sixty-third Street from Twenty-sixth Avenue Northwest to Twenty-eighth Avenue Northwest; West Sixty-fourth Street from Twenty-sixth Avenue Northwest to Thirtieth Avenue Northwest; West Sixty-fifth Street from Thirtieth Avenue Northwest to Thirty-second Avenue Northwest; Twenty-sixth Avenue Northwest from West Sixty-second Street to West Sixty-fifth Street, Thirtieth Avenue Northwest from West Sixty-fourth Street to West Sixty-fifth Street, all in The City of Seattle, by resurfacing, constructing wooden curbs and gutters, concrete sidewalks, providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3769 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
