Title
	An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Forty-seventh Avenue Northeast, from East Thirty-fifth Street to Forty-seventh Place Northeast, and from East Thirty-ninth Street to East Fortieth Street; Forty-seventh Place Northeast, from Forty-eight Avenue Northeast to East Thirty-ninth Street; Forty-eight Avenue Northeast, from Forty-seventh Place Northeast to East Thirty-ninth Street; East Fortieth Street, from Forty-seventh Avenue Northeast to Fiftieth Avenue Northeast; Forty-eight Place Northeast, from East Thirty-ninth Street to East Fortieth Street; Forty-ninth Avenue Northeast, from East Thirty-ninth Street to East Fortieth Street; East Thirty-ninth Street, from Forty-seventh Avenue Northeast to Forty-eighth Avenue Northeast, and from Forty-eighth Place Northeast to Forty-ninth Avenue Northeast, all in the City of Seattle, by the construction therein of watermains of the proper dimensions and materials, together with all gates, tees, crosses, fire hydrants and other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4478 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
