Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, extending, opening and establishing of Fourteenth Avenue South, from Greeley Street to the south line of Section Twenty-nine (29), Township Twenty-four (24) North, Range Four (4) East, W. M., providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary thereof; and providing that the entire cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the proper specially benefited, in the manner provided by law.
