Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, extending, and establishing of Boylston Avenue North, from East Prospect Street to East Park Place; providing for the condemnation, and appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; providing for the changing and establishing of the curb grades of said Boylston Avenue North, from East Highland Drive to East Prospect Street and approaches thereto; providing for the condemnation, appropriation taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the grading and regrading of said avenue and approaches thereto, in conformity with such established grades; and providing that the entire cost of said improvement shall be paid for by special assessment upon the property especially benefited in the manner provided by law.
