Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Forty-seventh Avenue Northeast (formerly Ridge Road), from the south margin of East Thirty-fifth Street (formerly Northside Place) to the north margin of East Thirty-ninth Street (formerly East 40th Street); East Thirty-ninth Street (formerly East 40th Street), from Forty-seventh Avenue Northeast (formerly Ridge Road), to the east margin of Fiftieth Avenue Northeast, (formerly Cascade View Drive); Forty-seventh Place Northeast (formerly Crown of Laurelhurst Court) and Forty-eight Avenue Northeast (formerly Crown of Laurelhurst Court) from Forty-seventh Avenue Northeast (formerly Ridge Road), to East Thirty-ninth Street (formerly East 40th Street; and East Thirty-eighth Street (formerly East 40th Street), from Forty-seventh Avenue Northeast (formerly Ridge Road) to a line drawn at right angles to the center line of East Thirty-eighth Street from a point six (6) feet southwesterly from the easterly corner of Lot Twenty (20), Block Five (5) Laurelhurst Heights Addition, all in the City of Seattle; by paving the same with suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation; by construction armored concrete curbs; by the alteration, construction or reconstruction of all sewers, side sewers and watermains with such appurtenances as may be necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district; by the construction, reconstruction or alteration of concrete sidewalks where necessary; by such grading and regrading as may be necessary.
