Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of West Dakota Street, from Fifty-second Avenue Southwest to Fifty-sixth Avenue Southwest, and Hillcrest Avenue and Fifty-sixth Avenue Southwest, from West Genesee Street to West Andover Street, all in the City of Seattle, by grading, curbing and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Majority Petition, File No. 55426 of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds".
