Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of East Harrison Street, from Thirty-third Avenue North to Washington Boulevard; East Republican Street, from west marginal line of Tract 111, (The Pacific Coast Addition), to Washington Boulevard; Thirty-third Avenue North and Thirty-fourth Avenue North, each from East Thomas Street to East Harrison Street; Thirty-sixth Avenue North, from East Thomas Street to East Republican Street and from Washington Boulevard to East Mercer Street; East Mercer Street, from Washington Boulevard to Thirty-sixth Avenue North; Ford Place, from Washington Boulevard to Thirty-sixth Avenue North; Hillside Drive, from Washington Boulevard to Lambert Place; Lambert Place, from Hillside Drive to McGilvra Boulevard and McGilvra Boulevard, from Washington Boulevard to center line of East Mercer Street produced east, all in The City of Seattle by constructing watermains therein of proper dimensions and material, together with all tees, crosses, gates, fire hydrants and other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service and fire protection of said district; by the construction of concrete curbs, concrete walks and stairways; by the necessary grading and providing for the necessary surface drainage, and the construction of watermains of proper dimensions, together with fire hydrants and all necessary appurtenances on East Republican Street from west line of Tract 111, (The Pacific Coast Addition) to Thirty-third Avenue North, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4265 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
