Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Ewing Street, from Fremont Avenue to Woodland Park Avenue; Woodland Park Avenue, from Ewing Street to North Forty-fifth Street; Kilbourne Street, from Woodland Park Avenue to Store Way; North Thirty-ninth Street, from Woodland Park Avenue to Stone Way; Stone Way, from Kilbourne Street to North Forty-fifth Street; North and East Forty-fifth Street, from Woodland Park Avenue to Wallingford Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt or other suitable material laid upon a proper foundation; constructing armored concrete curbs, concrete side walks, sewers, watermains, grading where necessary, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4353 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
