Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of The Alley Way (16 feet in width and extending through the entire block) of block bounded by Madison Street on the North and Marion Street on the South, and between Fifth Avenue and Sixth Avenue, in the City of Seattle, and legally knwon as Block 23, C. D. Boren's Addition to the City of Seattle, by grading down to a grade to conform to the streets connecting on the North and South sides of block, and paving the same with brick, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4394 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds".
