Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Seventh Avenue North, from Prospect Street to the north line of Galer Street; Lee Street, from Sixth Avenue North to Dexter Avenue; Comstock Street, from Sixth Avenue North to Dexter Avenue; and Highland Drive from Sixth Avenue North to Dexter Avenue; all in the City of Seattle, by constructing sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all appurtenances necessary for proper sewerage and drainage of said district, all including as part of said improvement the construction of an overflow sewer in Lee Street from Taylor Avenue to Dexter Avenue, as provided for by tax levy appropriations for 1911 and 1912, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4395 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds".
