Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Spokane Street from Seventeenth Avenue South to Alamo Place; LaFayette Avenue from Spokane Street to Hinds Street; and Alamo Place from Spokane Street to a point about fifty (50) feet north of Hinds Street; all in the City of Seattle, by constructing sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all necessary wyes, manholes, flush tanks, catch basins and their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4347 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds".
