Title
	An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Forty-second Avenue Southwest, from Wester Charlestown Street to West Alaska Street; Forty-first Avenue Southwest, from West Charlestown Street to West Genesee Street; Fortieth Avenue Southwest, from West Charlestown Street to West Dakota Street; Thirty-ninth Avenue Southwest, from West Charlestown Street to West Genesee Street; West Bradford Street, from Thirty-ninth Avenue Southwest to California Avenue, West Andover Street, and West Dakota Street, each from Thirty-eighth Avenue Southwest to California Avenue; West Genesee Street, from Thirty-sixth Avenue Southwest to Thirty-ninth Avenue Southwest and from Forty-first Avenue Southwest to California Avenue, West Oregon Street, from Forty-first Avenue Southwest to California Avenue; West Alaska Street, from Thirty-fifth Avenue Southwest, from West Genesee Street to West Snoqualmie Street; all in the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete sidewalks thereon, together with all cross walks, providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4380 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds".
