Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Twenty-seventh Avenue Northeast from the intersection of Twenty-seventh Avenue Northeast and the right of way of the Northern Pacific Railway Company northward to the intersection of said Twenty-seventh Avenue Northeast with East Sixty-fifth Street, by grading and sidewalks, all in accordance with Majority Petition, File #54241, of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
