Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of that portion of Auburn Place extending from East Galer Street to East Garfield Street and lying between Blocks three (3) and four (4) of Capitol Hill Extensions in The City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt, on a suitable base, for a width of eighteen (18) feet in the center thereof, with suitable curbing on each side of said paving, and by grading the remaining parking strip on each side so as to leave it level with the top of the curbing to be installed, all in accordance with Majority Petition, File #55207, of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
