Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of East Pike Street, from Broadway to East Madison Street, by paving the same with brick or other suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation; by widening the existing pavement; by the construction, alteration, or reconstruction of all sewers, side sewers and water mains, together with all appurtenances necessary for the proper sewreage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district; by the construction or reconstruction of concrete sidewalks; by the construction and reconstruction of concrete or armored concrete curbs, all in accordance with Resolution No. ________ of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds".
