Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of East Fir Street, from Twelfth Avenue to Fifteenth Avenue, Garden Place and Thirteenth Avenue, each from Yesler Way to East Fir Street; by grading, curbing, constructing concrete sidewalks, together with all necessary crosswalks, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4360 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds".
