Title
	An Ordinance providing for the improvement of East Fortieth Street, from Forty-eighth Avenue Northeast to Fiftieth Avenue Northeast; East Thirty-ninth Street, from Forty-ninth Avenue Northeast to Fifty-first Avenue Northeast; East Thirty-eighth Street, from Forty-fifth Avenue Northeast to Forty-seventh Place Northeast; Forty-fifth Avenue Northeast, from Forty-fourth Avenue Northeast to East Thirty-eighth Street, Forty-seventh Avenue Northeast, from East Thirty-fifth Street to East Thirty-ninth Street; Forty-seventh Place Northeast, from Forty-seventh Avenue Northeast to Forty-eighth Avenue Northeast; Forty-eighth Avenue Northeast, from Forty-seventh Place Northeast to East Fortieth Street; Forty-eighth Place Northeast and Fiftieth Avenue Northeast, each from East Thirty-ninth Street to East Fortieth Street; Forty-first Avenue Northeast, from East Thirty-ninth Street to an outfall in Lake Washington; by constructing sewers therein of the proper dimensions and materials, together with all necessary wyes, openings, side sewer connection; manholes, flush tanks, catch basins and their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewreage and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4423 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
