Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Melrose Avenue, from the southerly line of Olive Street on the west to Melrose Place; East Olive Street, from Melrose Avenue to Bellevue Avenue; and Olive Street and Olive Street as Produced by Ordinance No. 23954, from Howard Avenue to Bellevue Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and regarding the same; by paving the same with suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation; by constructing and reconstructing concrete sidewalks; by the alteration, construction and reconstruction of sewers and watermains with all appurtenances necessary for the drainage, sewerage, water service and fire protection of said district; all in accordance with Resolution No. 4006 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
