Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of East Seventy-second Street, from East Green Lake Boulevard to Woodlawn Avenue; East Green Lake Boulevard and Woodlawn Avenue, from a connection with the existing paving in Meadow Place to the north line of Maple Leaf Place, all in the City of Seattle, by paving with a asphalt or other suitable material on proper base; concrete or armored concrete curbs, brick or asphalt gutters; constructing cast iron watermains, concrete sidewalks, providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4328 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
